This position is available at the heart of our customer experience at and many internal applications. As an experience-based product team you'll work close to the customer (Employers, Advisors, and Plan Participants) and the internal service teams that support them. This position will enable you to work on existing on-prem applications while we continue to embark on our journey into the Cloud (via AWS/Salesforce)
The right candidate will have experience with many front-end development frameworks, traditional Java, AWS, and familiarity with Salesforce. Who You Are - Associate's or bachelor's degree (preference in a computer science, technology, engineering or math-related field or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years work experience
- Proven experience as an IT professional
- Proficiency with Cloud (AWS) and traditional on-prem Java applications/frameworks. Some Salesforce preferred.
- Ability to acquire certification(s) in an IT related field is a plus
- Basic knowledge of insurance and financial services products preferred
- Excellent planning, organizational, problem-solving, analytical, decision-making and communication skills required
- Basic leadership and presentation skills required
- Excellent time management skills preferred
- Must be able to maintain a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality
- Some travel may be required, including overnight stays
- May be required to provide on-call support

Salary Range Information Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
Salary Range (Non-Exempt expressed as hourly; Exempt expressed as yearly) $91000 - $152000 / year
Time Off Program Flexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees and provides the opportunity to take time away from the office with pay for vacation, personal or short-term illness. Employees don't accrue a bank of time off under FTO and there is no set number of days provided.
