Candidates must currently reside in Arizona, as we are not offering relocation assistance at this time. Additionally, we do not provide visa sponsorships for this role. WORK SCHEDULE - This is an in office position with the schedule of: Monday - Friday, 8:00AM - 4:00PM
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - Required:
- 3 years of Backend development experience using Golang, TypeScript, or modern programming language
- Proficiency in Python, Go, or Node.js for backend development, with experience in designing and implementing serverless architectures.
- Familiarity with developing and deploying on AWS or other major cloud provider
- Strong understanding of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and microservices architecture.
- Solid grasp of networking, security best practices, and IAM roles & policies within AWS.
- Familiarity with frontend frameworks like React or Next.js is a plus but not required.
- A problem-solving mindset with the ability to troubleshoot and optimize cloud-based applications for performance, scalability, and security.
- A strong sense of ownership, with a proactive approach to learning and implementing new cloud technologies.
- Familiarity with developing on Docker
- Familiar with Git and working on a team
- Nice to have:
- Familiarity with setting up Ci/Cd pipelines using Github Actions or other builders to deploy IaC (infrastructure as code) like AWS CDK, Terraform, Cloudformation
- Familiarity with using Kubernetes
- Familiarity with frontend languages and frameworks like React.js and Next.js
WHAT YOU'LL DO - Design, develop, and maintain scalable cloud-native applications on AWS.
- Implement serverless architectures and microservices, ensuring high availability and cost-efficiency.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for seamless deployment and automation.
- Optimize application performance, security, and reliability using AWS best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate cloud solutions with existing systems and data pipelines.
- Monitor, debug, and enhance system performance, security, and compliance.
- Stay current with emerging AWS technologies and propose innovative solutions to drive efficiency and scalability.

PAY STRUCTURE Competitive salary
$80,000 - $105,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications
