Job Title: SoftwareEngineer II for Loram Technologies, Inc.
Location: Hamel, MN. Hybrid work available atmanager discretion.
What You'll Do: Analyze software and data requirementsto determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraints; consultwith engineers, data analysists and other operations to determine systemspecifications to meet the functional and performance requirements; communicateconcepts, recommendations, and solutions effectively with customers as well asmanagement, verbally and in written format; design, develop, and test softwareand database applications to meet customer/product requirements; design andimplement optimal data pipeline architecture; identify and build tools whichutilize that data pipeline to promote insightful data analysis and automateprocesses; develop and implement procedures and documentation for softwaresystem testing, data validation and training; coordinate testing, installation,and commissioning of software systems; provide support and maintenance forexisting applications; and work with stakeholders including the Operations,Engineering and Data teams to support specific data extraction, analysis, andreporting/visualization needs. Hybrid work available at managerdiscretion; 20% domestic and international travel to vendors or affiliateoffices.
RequiredQualifications:
Bachelor's degree incomputer science, computer engineering or related engineering field and 7 yearsof progressive post bachelor's experience as a Software Engineer.
3 years ofexperience with: .NET framework; C ; programming in WPF/Windows Forms; MS SQLDatabases; Objection Oriented Analyst and Design; GUI development.
7 years softwaredesign and development experience.
Salary: $141,898/year
