What You Will Do: We are seeking an administrator in our repairs department to provide logistical support. A considerable portion of the role involves the review of completed work packages, creating work reports, reviewing internal and external documents for special requirements, and supporting the team as needed. The administrator generates documents such as, but not limited to, repair reports, teardown reports, FAA 8130-3, and other customer-specific release documents.
This on-site position is located at our Headquarters in Oak Creek, WI. You will report directly to the manager of our Repairs department.
How You Will Do It:
- Responsible and accountable for preparing, reporting, and tracking FAA release documents, including detailed repair reports.
- Responsible for logistics and planning activities.
- Coordinate inter-departmental activities to ensure completion within established technical and schedule milestones.
- Interface with internal customers to establish departmental priorities.
What We Look For:
Required
- High school diploma or GED equivalent from an accredited institution.
- Minimum one year of experience performing production, repair, or material management activities in a manufacturing environment.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient computer skills, especially with MS Office Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
- Good organizational skills; ability to change direction and handle multiple responsibilities and tasks regularly.
- Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Desired
- Associate's degree in business administration, operations, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Minimum three years of experience performing production, repair or material management activities in a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge and understanding of FAA Federal Aviation Regulations.
- Prior experience with an ERP system.
