Innova Solutions has a client that is immediately hiring for a
AI/ML Engineer
Position type: Full-time Contract(W2)
Duration: 19 Months with possible extension
Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid) (3 days onsite/2 wfh)
As a AI/ML Engineer, you will:
Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Software Engineering.
Review and analyze complex multi-faceted larger scale or longer-term Software Engineering challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors.
Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function policies procedures and compliance requirements that meet deliverables.
Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.
The ideal candidate will have:
Experience in developing Gen AI applications using LLMs agentic frameworks and related technologies.
Experience in Integrating AI models with enterprise systems and Cloud products Work with Java Python OpenShift containers and large-scale applications. Stay ahead with advancements in AI and apply them to real-world solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. Lead teams ensure risk compliance and mentor junior engineers.
Experience with Java Python OpenShift containers and in data engineering AI/ML or Cloud GCP.
Experience with SDLC Agile tools JIRA GitHub Jenkins.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range: $70-$75 per hour.
Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
