Software Engineer Job Title: Software Engineer
Position type: Full-time Contract(W2)
Duration: 12 Months contract
Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid), (3 days onsite/2 wfh)
As a Software Engineer you will: - Collaborate with client personnel in software engineering to identify and address moderately complex software challenges.
- Analyze and review software engineering processes and deliverables, providing valuable insights and recommendations.
- Contribute to the resolution of software engineering issues while ensuring compliance with functional policies and procedures.
- Support the development of ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) pipelines utilizing the PySpark framework.
- Utilize deep SQL capabilities to manipulate and analyze data effectively.
- Participate in large-scale planning sessions to ensure alignment with software engineering deliverables.
- Consult with stakeholders to ensure all software engineering initiatives meet business objectives and compliance requirements.
The ideal candidate will have: - Proficiency in data engineering, with hands-on experience in developing ETL pipelines using PySpark.
- Strong SQL skills with the ability to tackle complex data queries and analyses.
- Responsible for communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to navigate and interpret functional policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS: Pay Range: Between $50-$55per hour
Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
