Software Development Lead with Security Clearance

Job Title: Software Development Lead Job Location: Arlington, VA 22201 Onsite Requirements: Active Top-Secret Clearance C or ASP.NET CompTIA Secuirty+ Job Description: The Software Development Lead will be challenged with developing custom software solutions or web sites that meet the needs of dynamic customer environment. The Software Development Lead will be responsible for providing accurate and timely completion of technical development and support tasks in accordance with Information Systems standards and methodologies. The candidate will also need to help improve the customer's software development processes and provide technical mentoring to more junior developers to increase agile sprint creation. An ability to rapidly learn new coding languages and environments and ensuring a superior level of customer service is a must. Qualifications: 6+ years of C (or VB.NET) and ASP.NET web development experience NET, .NET framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, JQuery, MVC, WebForms IIS server configuration 1+ years of Application Cloud Migration (IaaS/SaaS/PaaS) Relational Database Design and Development (SQL Server and/or Oracle) Experience with source control systems, preferably GIT Ability to develop web sites that work on multiple versions of Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Firefox, and Safari and support mobile devices Prior experience designing scalable enterprise software solutions Strong interpersonal and communication skills Strong dedication to quality customer service Strong multi-tasking skills essential Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Willingness to learn new technologies Must possess a personal sense of urgency Superior teamwork skills Desirable Qualifications: Prior experience leading successful development teams Transact-SQL, PL-SQL, XML, XSL, Telerik Controls, ASP, XML, XSL, HTML5, CSS3 Experience in using SQL Server Integration Services, SQL Server Reporting Services, or any other Data Warehouse/Business Intelligence tool Experience working with UI graphic designers 3rd party and subcontract staffing agencies are not eligible for partnership on this position. 3rd party subcontractors need not apply.
