Software Development Engineer with Security Clearance

Kratos is looking for a Full-stack Software Engineer to support integration command and control project for the US Air Force. This includes the integration of many COTs products into a single user interface. The successful candidate will be part of a team that acquires a solid understanding of customer needs, environment, and users, and develops solutions for demonstration and delivery. Kratos utilizes an agile approach to development, seeking stakeholder involvement and feedback in iterative inspect-adapt cycles. A qualified candidate must have experience in web-based graphical user interfaces (GUIs) using Angular and other frameworks. Job Duties Turn requirements in to deployment-quality code with mentoring by senior team members Implementation of web-based graphical user interfaces (GUIs) using Angular and other frameworks. Consume and visualize JSON data exposed by the back-end team. Docker-based application deployment. UX advocacy Utilize CI/CD and configuration management best practices Participate in code reviews Coordinate with cross-functional team members to accomplish project objectives Participate in Agile meetings and activities Performs other duties as assigned. Experience and Skills BS or MS Degree in CS, CE, or EE with software design, engineering and development skills, including familiarity with modern software development practices and tools Requires 5-7 years of software development experience Proficiency developing with Angular Proficiency with git Team player and capable of working in a fast-pasted, team environment Experience writing and delivering technical documents and briefings Must have a current and active Secret security clearance Must be able to obtain and maintain a Top-Secret security clearance Preferred Skills and Experience Experience with Agile Methodologies Experience with Socket.io Experience with Material UI Experience with D3.js Experience with CesiumJS Python Java C/C The grade-based pay range for this job is listed below. Individual salaries within that range are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, and skills.
