As part of our dynamic Incident Prevention team, we are seeking experienced software engineers who are passionate about building large-scale systems that span tens of thousands of servers across multiple data centers worldwide. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for the design and development of critical software components that power our industry-leading database services in the cloud.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
- 2+ years of experience in software design or architecture, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - 3+ years of experience through the complete software development lifecycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control, and testing.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.

The compensation for this position ranges from $129,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $223,600/year in our highest geographic market, based on experience, skills, and market location. We offer a total compensation package that may include equity, sign-on payments, and other benefits. Additional details are available upon request.
