General Overview:
A Software Developer within our Research and Development group creates embedded industrial automation solutions that provide the ability to monitor, manage and react to data from critical equipment or other sources in remote or edge environments. We operate in a complex, innovative, and fast-paced industry. Our small autonomous teams routinely inspect and adapt to accelerate our ability to deliver high-quality solutions to our customers.
Roles and Responsibilities: - Develop new features, debug and deliver timely, performant & functional solutions throughout our ecosystem
- Work with team members in execution and release of builds using continuous integration and deployment using our current CI/CD applications and processes
- Provide configuration support with a focus on software development in multi-application, multi-server, and hosted environments
- Contribute to application or platform architecture standards through standards committees
- Implement on all aspects of platforms which are asynchronous, responsive, and provide a rich user experience
- Assist with analysis and designs tasks with the Agile team using software development lifecycle concepts
- Work within a collaborative environment and contributes to team goals by offering open and honest communication and helping to meet deadlines
- Acts as a technical consultant to the team's management by leveraging technical and domain knowledge to answer questions
- Provides technical leadership to the team and others through coaching and mentorship
- Work in partnership with cross-functional teams to define requirements and ensure the seamless transfer of data within our systems.
- Be able to work under tight deadlines. Be able to work after normal business hours, including weekends, for customer support, a scheduled function, or on-call capacity.

- Record time spent on work activities.
- Prepare reports and deliver presentations.
- Perform administrative tasks and other job functions as required.
