Pay Range: $73,686.34 to $110,529.64
Actual pay will be based on various factors, such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, proficiency for the role, and internal equity. In addition to base pay, Kwik Trip gives 40% of pre-tax profits back to our coworkers with bonuses ranging from 8-12% of each coworker's gross annual wage depending on company profitability and offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401k, paid time off, and more.
Kwik Trip Inc . Our Support Center located in La Crosse WI, has an
opportunity for a full time Mobile Developer with knowledge of iOS and Android.
Regular tasks include: - Conceptualizing, designing, coding, testing, implementing, documenting, and supporting high quality applications.
- Setting organizational development strategy, application design and architecture, and ensuring security of all web sites and related applications
- Keep up to date on the latest App Store policy, publishing guidelines, and platform changes.
- Analyze and improve application performance.
- Participating in team code reviews.
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent combination of education and experience is required, with a minimum of two years development experience.
- Demonstrated knowledge of application development and implementation
- Proficiency with developing user interfaces with Swift, Kotlin, or Java.
- Familiarity with Git source control, development best practices, agile development methodologies, secure coding standards, automated unit testing and PCI guidelines are a plus.
The selected individual should possess the knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws, knowledge of all phases of system development and project management. The candidate should possess the following: ability to be a self-starter; be self-motivated; effectively prioritize and execute tasks in order to meet deadlines; possess superior analytical and problem-solving skills; possess strong customer service skills; accurate and detail orientated; excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to work well with users, development staff, and technical staff is essential; work with minimal supervision; manage projects from beginning to end; work in a safety conscious environment.
Work schedule: Monday through Friday, daytime hours with occasional evening and weekend work as needed, as well as on call rotation.
