As a Software Developer specializing in data-driven communications, you will play a pivotal role in supporting acquisition and client engagement strategies. By identifying key events, triggers, and attributes, you will create opportunities for meaningful interactions with clients and prospects using cutting-edge marketing technology.
As a Software Developer, you will: - Consult with internal business partners, recommending communication solutions and leveraging existing platforms and integrations.
- Program targeted campaigns using SQL, Automation Studio, and Journey Builder within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Create and maintain email assets using AMPscript, HTML, and CSS.
- Analyze data from various sources to understand business and marketing objectives.
- Streamline and migrate Legacy campaigns to Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Must-Have Qualifications: - BA/BS degree
- 3+ years of SQL programming experience
- 3+ years of experience in a programming, analytical, or consulting role
- 2+ years of AMPscript programming experience
- 2+ years of HTML/CSS experience
- Strong organizational skills and familiarity with workflow management tools
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage shifting priorities and deadlines
- Proven ability to lead and champion new ideas
- Problem-solving and innovative thinking skills
- Ability to interpret and leverage data structures
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (data extensions, queries, automations, journeys)
- Experience developing reusable objects within Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Nice-to-Have Qualifications: - Financial services industry background
- Experience with Agile methodology and Jira
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $55.91 to $62.13 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
