The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development and a keen interest in video technology, contributing to the design, development, and maintenance of our video engineering systems.Key Responsibilities:Software Development: Design, develop, and maintain software applications for video engineering projects.System Integration: Collaborate with IT and video engineering teams to integrate software solutions with existing systems.Code Review and Testing: Conduct code reviews and perform testing to ensure high-quality software delivery.Technical Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for software applications, including design specifications and user manuals.Troubleshooting and Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for software-related issues in video engineering systems.Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve software development practices.Qualifications:Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Experience: 12+ years of experience in software development, preferably within the IT or video engineering sectors.Technical Skills: Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or similar. Experience with embedded programming of video and streaming technologies is a plus.Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to develop innovative (link removed)munication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams.Project Management: Experience in managing software development projects, with a track record of meeting deadlines and delivering quality results.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with cloud-based video processing and streaming technologies.Knowledge of video compression standards and codecs.Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
