We leverage cloud services in AWS, distributed systems, forecasting algorithms, and data mining.
We are looking for a Software Development Engineer to build complex software solutions for large-scale stream processing, involving simple allocations and complex ML models. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including applied scientists, engineers, product managers, and domain experts. You will play a key role in defining, designing, and developing product features from start to finish.
Key job responsibilities
- Build and operate our foundational data infrastructure using AWS services such as Redshift, S3, Step Functions, Glue, Spark, Flink, Kinesis, and large-scale event stores.
- Develop and scale our ingestion pipelines for speed, reliability, and multi-tenancy, supporting various data sources and formats, including change data capture, with a focus on configurability and self-service.
- Create tools for Amazon teams to access data and generate unit economics, including UI, APIs, rules configuration, simulations, and high-throughput data serving.
- Design and implement systems to secure and govern data end-to-end, including access control, data quality tracking, cataloging, lineage, duplication detection, and usage auditing.
- Build platforms capable of processing hundreds of terabytes of data from multiple sources and financial events.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of professional software development experience.
- 2+ years of experience in system design or architecture, focusing on reliability and scaling.
- Experience supporting title development, release, or live operations in the Video Games Industry.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of experience across the full software development lifecycle, including coding standards, reviews, source control, build, testing, and operations.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
