Degrees / Certs and/or Experience Required: - 3+ years of software development, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience,
- 2+ years of experience in system design or architecture, skilled in design patterns, reliability, and scalability for new and existing systems.
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language (e.g., Java, Python, etc.).
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
Typical Task Breakdown: - Design and deploy a robust automation tool to streamline campaign management at scale, eliminating manual processes and boosting operational efficiency across teams.
- Build a mechanism to accurately track transferred capacity within capacity release plans, establishing validation processes to resolve discrepancies, and creating a dynamic mapping system for capacity allocation changes. .
- Enhance safety stock allocation by developing a dynamic, data-driven methodology that adjusts capacity reserves based on historical demand patterns and utilization rates.
- Develop an automated system to audit capacity orders submitted during peak demand periods, providing real-time insights to optimize resource usage, reduce idle capacity, address late orders, and guarantee availability when it's needed most.
Key Projects: - Will be working on software efficiency programs to reduce builder effort required for capacity assurance.
- Updating/enhancing our current software, automation of support processes, and documentation of our systems.
- Peak event preparations, working on infrastructure and Backlog of features around infrastructure
