Position
  • The National Reconnaissance Office (NRO) is the U.S. Government agency in charge of designing, building, launching, and maintaining America's intelligence satellites.
  • Develop. Acquire. Launch. Operate.
What You'll Do
  • Collect, track, and manage change tickets in support of project costing tool development and sustainment
  • Work with software developers and engineers coordinating/facilitating tool development and sustainment
  • Perform data management for all IT procurement and software asset management related information
  • Provide process improvement recommendations for all IT procurement and software asset management and related processes
  • Produce IT procurement and software asset management reports using suite of tools to include SAP and ServiceNow
Required
  • Associate's Degree (experience can be substituted for degree)
  • Experience in management of Enterprise Licensing (execution, agreements, licensing, and user software interaction)
  • Proficiency with HelpNow and SAP Software
Strongly Desired Skills
  • Experience relating to software asset management, management of enterprise licensing to include execution, agreements, licensing, and user software interaction across large-scale IT domains
  • Can work individually and as part of a team; self-starter
  • Previous Westfield's or other IC experience
