Software Architect

Location: Tysons, VA
Clearance: TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph required FJM Innovative Technologies, LLC is seeking a Lead Software Architect to drive software design, data governance, and security solutions. This role requires strong technical leadership, architectural expertise, and project management skills.

CLOSING DATE Open Responsibilities:

• Lead software architecture and design for scalable, secure solutions.

• Define and enforce data governance, access control, and security policies.

• Oversee software development projects, ensuring architectural best practices.

• Conduct Technical Exchange Meetings (TEMs) and document system architecture.

• Manage and mentor development teams, ensuring best practices in coding and design.

• Analyze stakeholder requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Required Skills:

• Strong experience in Agile methodologies and project management.

• Proven experience in client communication and stakeholder engagement.

• Expertise in data governance and security policy enforcement.

• Experience leading technical teams and large-scale projects.
