BENEFITS & COMPENSATION

Compensation: $160,000 - $175,000 plus bonus opportunity
PTO: 22 days plus 12 paid holidays
Retirement: 8% employer contribution with additional 2% match (Day 1)
Medical: Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and well-being benefits (Day 1)
Other: Hybrid working arrangement

RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE TECHNICAL ARCHITECT

Design and implement scalable, reliable technical architectures aligned with business goals
Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the software development lifecycle
Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and ensure successful solution delivery
Establish architectural standards and best practices
Work with security and infrastructure teams to ensure compliance and optimal performance
Evaluate and recommend technology solutions

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE FOR THE TECHNICAL ARCHITECT

5+ years' experience as a Technical Architect
Strong knowledge of software development methodologies and architectural patterns
Professional certifications (AWS/Azure) highly desired
