We are needing an LPC or LMHC to help our growing group practice in Pensacola, Florida.
Role Overview:- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Provide patient care in a skilled nursing facility by conducting rounds in their short-term units
- Conduct documentation at home with provided iPad laptop within 48 hours of seeing patient
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform assessments and therapy sessions
- Collaborate with facility staff to enhance patient care
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation
Requirements:- Hold a valid full license as either a licensed professional counselor or a licensed mental health counselor
- Experience in healthcare or long-term care is preferred but not required
Compensation:Expected compensation is estimated salary range of $74,000 to $110,000 annually with no cap productivity income potential.
