Position: Social Worker
Location: Lawrenceville, GA, 30046
Shift: 8 Hours Days 8:00 am - 4:30 pm (Mon-Fri)
Contract: 8 weeks Travel

Job description:
Assess the needs of individuals, families, or communities to determine the support required.
Provide counseling and crisis intervention to clients facing emotional, social, or health-related issues.
Connect clients with appropriate resources such as housing, healthcare, financial aid, or therapy.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals, schools, and community agencies.
Maintain accurate case files and documentation in compliance with regulations
Advocate for client rights and access to services.
Develop and implement care or treatment plans tailored to individual needs.

Requirements:
2 years of Social Worker experience.
BLS Certification by AHA.
GA State LCSW.
DL
Updated Resume.
COVID Card.
2 recent professional references.
