The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Social Security Disability law, including handling cases from the initial application stage through administrative hearings and appeals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in Social Security Disability cases, including administrative hearings before the SSA.
- Prepare and file Social Security Disability applications, appeals, and motions.
- Conduct legal research and draft persuasive briefs in Social Security Disability matters.
- Communicate effectively with clients, medical providers, and vocational experts to support Social Security Disability claims.
- Advocate for clients in hearings before Administrative Law Judges in Social Security Disability proceedings.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of Social Security Disability regulations and case law.
Qualifications:
