BEFORE APPLYING - HERE ARE THE INTERNSHIP REQUIREMENTS: - This is an unpaid internship for school credit - All intern candidates MUST be currently enrolled in an accredited university or learning institution, and eligible to receive academic credit or endorsement.
- All interns MUST have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher to be considered.
- All interns MUST commit to a minimum of 16 hours per week, and maximum of 30 hours.
- All interns must be onsite and in-office on Tuesdays and Thursdays - office locations include: Los Angeles, New York, Burbank, Toronto. We do not provide relocation assistance.
- All interns must confirm they can attend/participate:
- A mandatory 2-hour orientation on TUESDAY, JUNE 10, 2025, 12:00PM PST - 2:00PM PST (IN FULL)
- A mandatory 2-hour weekly seminar - EVERY TUESDAY, 12:00PM PST - 2:00PM PST (IN FULL)
- Working in groups to create and launch a business venture and present to the Company and their peers - TUESDAY, AUGUST 12, :00PM PST - 2:00PM PST.
Our Interns Studio71's internship program is designed to complement academics with practical experience in media and entertainment. Through the program, students will gain real-world experience developing and launching an online brand, pair with a mentor to follow an individualized learning plan, and attend weekly seminars taught by industry executives. This is a great opportunity to build a network in entertainment and the digital content space and get a jumpstart on your career.
Position Summary We're looking for an intern who wants to win the next season of Shark Tank. We are a small but highly nimble team that works closely with some of the biggest celebrities in digital entertainment globally to create new and exciting businesses and products The department is constantly exploring, innovating and establishing new brands. On an average day, we will brainstorm dozens of new business ideas, conduct extensive market research, deep dive into data analytics, conceptualize a new app or find creative solutions to operational bottlenecks.
Responsibilities - Strong work ethic and ability to learn quickly
- Develop an understanding of Studio71 talent, and what creators can be included for each platform
- Gain an in-depth understanding of our partners
- Help maintain a tracking documents of our talent and outline relevant information
- Learn how to identify potential partnerships, and how we do outreach for said companies and creators.
- Research platforms and get an understanding of the type of content we can bring to this partnership
- Community Management building on social platforms
- Plugging into creative and editorial process
- Developing keen understanding of social marketing, on the Facebook platform.
- Copywriting for multiple creators, identifying specific voice
- Understanding data analysis and reporting for creators.
- Additional page management opportunities as needed (including copyright clearance, thumbnail creation, identifying imposters, page quality management)
- Develop understanding of short and long form content strategies.
Qualifications - Strong work ethic and ability to learn quickly
- Fluent in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, and Excel)
- Passion for social media
- Must be enrolled at an accredited university for the duration of the internship
- Must be able to receive academic credit
- Must be able to dedicate at least 16 hours and maintain a regular schedule
