We're Hiring: Social Media Strategist

Envida Social is a fast-growing social media agency that helps multifamily brands connect with residents, prospects, and communities through strategic storytelling and cutting-edge digital strategy. We're looking for a Social Media Strategist to join our crew of creative thinkers, digital marketers, and trend-watchers to lead strategy across client accounts.
What You'll Do:
- Own the social media strategy for a portfolio of multifamily and lifestyle clients
- Translate client goals into creative, measurable campaigns
- Analyze performance and optimize content strategy using insights and platform data
- Collaborate with content creators, account managers, and designers to produce engaging content
- Stay on top of platform trends, algorithm changes, and industry updates
- Present strategic reports and recommendations to clients with clarity and confidence
- Help shape the future of Envida's content and reporting dashboard (yep, we're building one.)
What You Bring:
- 2+ years of experience in social media strategy or digital marketing (agency experience = a plus.)
- A deep understanding of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn - and how they work for brands
- Comfortable interpreting data and turning insights into action
- Strong eye for design and brand alignment
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
- Proactive, self-starter attitude with an obsession for social trends
- Bonus: Experience in multifamily, real estate, or property management marketing
