Responsibilities:
- Elevate online presence and engage various audiences across multiple platforms.
- Engage at the forefront social media strategy, working to enhance brand access, awareness and engagement.
- Develop and execute compelling content aligned with social media strategy, including crafting engaging posts, designing eye-catching graphics and producing videos tailored for platforms like Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn.
- Maintain a consistent and authentic brand voice across all social media channels, writing and editing content that resonates with audience while adhering to brand guidelines.
- Monitor social media channels, responding to audience interactions, and fostering a positive online community, addressing inquiries and comments in a timely and professional manner.
- Work closely with the communications and marketing teams to brainstorm and execute innovative campaigns and initiatives that enhance digital footprint.
- Proofread and edit all social media content to ensure accuracy and alignment with brand's standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in communication, marketing, or digital marketing preferred.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in social media, external communication, and/or marketing preferred.
- Experience in different social media platforms as related to content management, example would be SPROUT, video editing (CAPCUT).
- Experience in CANVA or any graphic creation program or design (not required).
- Community managing experience.
- Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in designing graphics and videos for various social media platforms.
- Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Schedule: Hybrid This position is mostly remote, but requires onsite roughly once a week.

Pay: $40-42/hr
