Social Media & Outreach CoordinatorReports to: Marketing Director
Starting at: $21 per hour

Social Media & Outreach Coordinator who can bring energy, organization, and fresh ideas to our marketing team. If you're a social butterfly who loves engaging with the community, capturing amazing content, and making things happen-this job is for you.
This is a 4-day in-office position ( Monday-Thursday OR Tuesday-Friday -your choice.) You'll also be required to attend all Fairmount Memorial Association events throughout the year (2-3 per month- some nights and weekends)
What You'll Be Doing: Event Rockstar - Plan, coordinate, and execute outreach events, community booths, and partner programs for
Fairmount Memorial Association (FMA), Heritage Funeral Home, and PNW Cremation. You'll be the go-to for on-site event logistics and community partnerships.
Social Media Guru - Develop and execute a yearly social media strategy, create eye-catching posts, and keep our feeds fresh and engaging.
Creative Whiz - Design flyers, invites, social media graphics, and all the marketing goodies needed for events and campaigns.
Content Creator - Snap photos, record videos, and capture moments that tell our story. If you love being behind the camera (or sometimes in front of it), this is your jam.
CRM & Data Boss - Keep our marketing system up to date with lead entries, event details, and performance tracking.
Booth Boss - Set up, work, and break down booths at community events, trade shows, and outreach programs-engaging with the public and representing our brand with enthusiasm.
Community Connector - Research new event opportunities, partnerships, and sponsorships in the Spokane area. Build and maintain relationships with key community groups.
Marketing Support - Assist the Marketing Director, Sales Manager, and executive team with admin tasks, materials updates, and anything in the corporate office

• Comfort working in a
fast-paced environment (we move quick and have fun doing it.).
Requirements
What to Expect: Must be able to lift up to
40 lbs (sometimes events come with boxes of swag and lots of moving parts.
Work inside and outside-rain or shine, our events must go on.

Minimum Requirements: • High school diploma (or equivalent)
•
2 years of experience in
event planning, marketing, social media, or community outreach.
• A willingness to Learn.
