Job Summary: KnowFully Learning Group is seeking an experienced Social Media Marketing Strategist. As an integral part of the KnowFully Medical Education customer engagement team, the Social Media Marketing Strategist supports the planning, execution, and optimization of social media campaigns across paid and organic channels. This role utilizes engaging content and strategic advertising to ensure timely, accurate, and on-brand delivery that resonates with our audiences and drives measurable results.
Supervisory Responsibilities: Duties/Responsibilities: - Support the execution of paid and organic social media strategies to meet audience acquisition and engagement goals.
- Create, schedule, and publish posts, ads, reels, stories, polls, livestreams, and other formats across platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Assist in launching and optimizing paid social campaigns across platforms including Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and others.
- Track performance and ensure all content aligns with grant guidelines, campaign KPIs, and brand voice.
- Integrate AI into work processes and track effectiveness and efficiency of various tools
- Contribute to the planning and execution of influencer outreach and social listening initiatives.
- Support interactive content efforts (e.g., polls, tweetorials, AMAs, IGTV, Spaces) and suggest emerging formats to increase reach and engagement.
- Collaborate with content creators to develop unique, clinically accurate, and SEO-optimized posts based on analytics and competitor research.
- Work closely with the engagement team to report on campaign performance, audience insights, and key metrics; recommend optimizations based on trends and performance.
- Research social media tools and vendors as needed and present findings and recommendations.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activity, and platform updates.
Required Skills/Abilities: - Familiarity with paid social media platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with social media scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Sprout Social)
- Strong understanding of major social platforms and current content trends
Working knowledge of: - Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Canva or similar design tools
- HubSpot or similar CRM/marketing automation platform
- WordPress basics
Preferred (but not required): - HTML or WordPress
- Understanding of SEO keyword strategy
- Interest or experience in healthcare marketing or CME (Continuing Medical Education)
Education and Experience: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in organic marketing, with a deep focus on technical SEO.
- Demonstrated success in improving search engine rankings and driving measurable organic growth through technical SEO initiatives.
Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
