Social Media Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a creative and self-motivated Social Media Specialist who will be responsible for managing, growing, and engaging our social media communities. You'll develop original content, drive brand awareness, and build a loyal online following that reflects our values of authenticity, passion, and care. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a cohesive social media strategy across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, etc.)

Create and schedule original, engaging, on-brand content (posts, videos, reels, stories)

Monitor social channels daily, engage with the community, and respond to comments and DMs

Collaborate with influencers and content creators to execute campaigns

Analyze performance metrics and generate monthly reports to optimize strategy

Stay up-to-date on trends, platform updates, and competitor activity

Work with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency in visuals and voice

Support product launches, promotions, seasonal campaigns and events

Qualifications:

2+ years of social media experience, preferably in skincare, beauty, or wellness

Deep understanding of major social platforms and their best practices

Strong visual and copywriting skills with a knack for storytelling

Experience with social media tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Canva, etc.)

Passion for skincare and an eye for aesthetic, clean content

Ability to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Bonus Points:

Experience with influencer outreach and UGC

Basic knowledge of paid social and boosting content
