They're looking for a passionate, data-driven, and creatively savvy Social Media Specialist to join our growing team. If you love storytelling through content, are fluent in today's short-form video trends, and know how to turn views into leads, this could be your next great role.


What You'll Do:

  • Develop and execute a cross-platform content marketing strategy for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, in alignment with marketing goals.
  • Write compelling short-form video scripts tailored to platform trends and brand voice.
  • Create and edit engaging content using tools like CapCut, Canva, and AI-enhanced design platforms.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-impact visuals and video assets.
  • Analyze content performance and optimize based on key metrics like reach, engagement, CTR, and conversion.
  • Manage influencer marketing, UGC programs, and affiliate content collaborations.
  • Support paid campaign strategy through creative input and platform insights (Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads).
  • Stay ahead of trends in digital storytelling, video editing, and audience behavior.
  • Work closely with marketing leadership to align creative execution with business objectives.
  • Participate in content brainstorms, shoots, and real-time content activation.

What You Bring:

  • 4+ years of experience in social media, content marketing, or digital advertising.
  • Strong understanding of the social media landscape, with proven results in growing brand channels and engaging audiences.
  • Solid background in video storytelling, social scripting, and short-form content formats.
  • Proficiency in CapCut, Canva, and content planning tools. AI content tools experience is a big plus.
  • Experience with influencer marketing, User Generated Content strategy, and affiliate programs.
  • Knowledge of paid social media advertising (Meta, TikTok, Google).
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work under pressure with a solutions-focused attitude.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • A great team player with excellent listening skills, proactive mindset, and a strong sense of ownership.

  • Bonus if you have:Experience in the home, interior design, or lifestyle industry.
  • Hands-on experience managing or collaborating on campaign lead generation initiatives.
  • A passion for home organization and empowering people to transform their living spaces.

The Offer:

  • 90-115k base salary
