Cyclone Bolt, Inc. - a fast-growing industrial company based in North Houston - is looking for a creative, sharp, and unstoppable Social Media Manager to take our brand presence to the next level.

This isn't just "posting pretty pictures" - we're talking building a powerful B2B presence on platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and more.

You'll be telling our story, driving engagement, and making bolts Great Again. ️

• Develop and manage B2B social media strategies across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and others
• Create high-impact content: posts, graphics, short videos, and reels
• Design compelling visuals in Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
• Craft messaging that speaks to business clients, engineers, procurement managers, and industry leaders
• Track and optimize performance (engagement, reach, growth)
• Stay ahead of trends in B2B marketing and social media innovation
• Travel with our team to industry trade shows and events to capture live content
• Join us for a paid Sales Extravaganza trip to Cancun, Mexico this September - create content on the beach

• Have proven experience managing B2B social media accounts
• Know how to make LinkedIn posts pop and drive real business connections
• Can design clean, professional, high-quality graphics
• Are comfortable filming, editing, and posting short videos / reels
• Love connecting products with people through storytelling
• Are creative, energetic, and self-driven
• Want to travel and be part of a growing, energetic team

• $45,000 Full-Time Salary
