Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role (with potential to go full-time) for a Social Media Marketing & Ecommerce Manager - Fine Jewelry, based in West Palm Beach, Florida, with some work from home flexibility. The Social Media Marketing & E-commerce Manager will be responsible for the creation, editing, and management of content for all social media and e-commerce platforms. This includes writing product descriptions, taking and editing product photos, and creating marketing materials. The role also involves managing the ecommerce site, including uploading new products, ensuring accurate product listings, optimizing the site for SEO, and monitoring online sales. Additionally, the manager will be tasked with analyzing site performance data to inform content and sales strategies.
- Unique, artistic and thoughtful content creation for use on our ecommerce platform and social media accounts.
- Manage daily posting schedule across all social media accounts including Instagram, TikTok and Pinterest. Create organic and paid social media campaigns that drive business. Analyze social media reports and adjust strategy accordingly.
- Draft social media captions and copy that align with the brand
- Design monthly marketing emails on Klaviyo
- Manage and update Shopify website
Qualifications
- Content Creation, Photo/Video Editing, and Creative Writing skills
- Experience with Ecommerce Management, Shopify, Klaviyo, Excel & all social media platforms
- Skills in SEO and Online Sales Optimization
- Proficiency in Photography and Photo/Video Editing
- Familiarity with Analyzing Site Performance Data
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment
- Experience in the fine jewelry industry is a plus
