Our client, an established, global company, is seeking a talented Social Media Manager to develop, implement and lead their social media marketing strategy to grow and engage multicultural audiences. Fluency in both English and Spanish is a must.
What you'll be doing:
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and growth across Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, and Facebook
- Create, curate, and schedule compelling content in both English and Spanish that aligns with our brand voice and resonates with our target audience
- Monitor trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design, and strategy
- Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely manner
- Build relationships with influencers, content creators, and brand partners to expand reach
- Track and analyze social media metrics and prepare regular performance reports
- Manage social media calendar and ensure timely content distribution
- Stay informed about competitor activities and industry developments
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for campaigns
What you'll need:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field
- Experience managing social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, Twitter)
- Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal) is required
- Demonstrated experience growing social media accounts and driving engagement
- Strong copywriting skills and visual storytelling ability in both languages
- Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Later)
- Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting
- Familiarity with content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.)
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Creative problem-solving abilities and adaptability
