Probation is your shot to back up every claim on your résumé. It's a sprint to show that you can work hard, set sharp goals, and hit them. Nail it, and you prove you're a worthy investment for Apollo's long term vision. Many will apply-only one will earn the badge.
After 90 Days $68,000 salaried + performance path to build and lead a full social team + Bonuses and performance incentives.
Daily Reality
- Plan, shoot, and edit short-form & long-form content across IG, TikTok, YouTube & Facebook-for the studio and each artist's account.
- Build a master production calendar, align releases with shop schedules, launches, and events.
- Track analytics, spot trends, pivot fast.
- Interview artists & clients, keep them relaxed on camera, and translate studio culture into scroll-stopping visuals.
- Prototype systems we can scale: asset libraries, naming conventions, posting SOPs-everything from scratch.
Challenges
- Multiple voices, one brand: every post must feel cohesive yet authentic to each artist.
- Long hours: content happens when the art happens-nights, weekends, sudden inspiration strikes.
- No safety net: you'll be the founding social hire; processes, wins, and mistakes are yours to own.
What Makes You a Fit
- 2+ years running multi-platform social for a creative brand or agency (portfolio links required).
- Solid camera skills, lighting sense, and audio know-how; you can shoot on a mirrorless rig at noon and an iPhone at midnight-and both look great.
- Fluent in Adobe Premiere/Final Cut and the latest mobile editing apps.
- Data-driven, but driven, period-you chase engagement and perfection.
- Organized enough to build Gantt charts, creative enough to break them when the moment's right.
- Thick-skinned, low-ego, high-output.
