Job Title: Social Media Manager - Brad Mondo Personal Brand
Location: Hybrid (3 days in-office, 2 days remote) - Jersey City, NJ

About the Role
We're hiring a strategic, creative, and highly organized Social Media Manager to lead the content and platform strategy for Brad Mondo's personal social channels, including TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
This is a unique opportunity to build and scale the online presence of one of the most recognizable personalities in the beauty and lifestyle space. You'll work directly with Brad to develop content that's relevant, engaging, trend-forward, and always evolving with internet culture. This role requires both big-picture thinking and hands-on execution, from ideation to publishing to performance analysis.
Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Scheduling
- Lead the development of weekly content calendars across platforms
- Identify and integrate trending topics and audio into content planning
- Manage scheduling, publishing, and tracking in or similar tools
- Ensure consistent alignment with Brad's personal voice and aesthetic
Content Creation & Editing
- Ideate, direct, and edit both short- and long-form video content
- Prepare and upload YouTube videos, including title, thumbnail, and description
- Provide creative direction for shoots, including concepts and shot lists
- Review all content before publishing for tone, brand consistency, and visual quality
Analytics & Optimization
- Monitor performance metrics and translate them into actionable insights
- Report weekly on content effectiveness and growth opportunities
- Stay updated on algorithm changes and best practices across platforms
Team Coordination
- Oversee a small team, including a Social Media Assistant and a Video Editor
- Provide creative feedback and maintain a smooth, efficient content workflow
- Manage timelines and content delivery for all personal brand channels
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with the XMONDO team on crossover opportunities and promotional content
- Attend creative meetings, brainstorm sessions, and launches where needed
Qualifications
- 2-4 years experience in social media management or digital content strategy
- Strong editing and creative production skills (Final Cut, CapCut, Photoshop, etc.)
- Deep understanding of internet trends and influencer culture
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple content streams simultaneously
- Proven ability to match and evolve a strong personal brand voice across platforms
- Must be resourceful, fast-moving, and comfortable in a high-visibility environment
