We are looking for a creative, strategic, and platform-savvy Social Media Manager to join our in-house team at our Port St Lucie, FL office. This is a full-time, on-site position with no remote or hybrid option. Please apply only if you are local or willing to relocate. This role is responsible for leading the growth and engagement of our brand across key social platforms by developing and executing content strategies, managing community engagement, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring our brand to life online.
Responsibilities:
- Social Strategy & Channel Management
- Develop and execute the social media content calendar, aligned with product launches, promotions, and brand campaigns.
- Manage all key platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X (Twitter), YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Plan and publish engaging content across formats-short-form video, carousels, stories, reels, UGC, and memes-tailored to each platform's best practices.
- Ensure brand voice, tone, and aesthetics are consistent across all channels.
- Content Creation & Collaboration
- Work with the creative, influencer, and product marketing teams to develop content ideas and campaigns.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, videographers, or agencies to brief and produce assets as needed.
- Source and manage UGC (user-generated content), including ambassador reposts, testimonials, and product reviews.
- Launch and monitor social promotions, giveaways, and seasonal campaigns.
- Community Engagement & Growth
- Engage with the community by responding to DMs, comments, mentions, and tags, fostering strong relationships with followers.
- Monitor and escalate customer support issues to the appropriate teams.
- Identify and activate superfans, brand ambassadors, and micro-influencers to build brand loyalty.
- Track competitor accounts, social trends, and emerging platforms to keep the brand culturally relevant.
- Analytics & Reporting
- Track and analyze performance KPIs, including engagement rate, reach, follower growth, shares, saves, and traffic to site.
- Provide weekly and monthly performance reports, including actionable insights and optimizations.
- Use data to inform content direction, post timing, and platform prioritization.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience managing social media accounts for a brand, agency, or DTC e-commerce company.
- Strong understanding of platform algorithms, content trends, and digital storytelling.
- Proven ability to create and manage engaging content across multiple social platforms.
- Experience with scheduling and analytics tools such as Later, Sprout Social, Hootsuite, or Meta Business Suite.
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns and channels simultaneously.
- Preferred: Background in health, wellness, fitness, or lifestyle brands.
