Job Title: Social Media Manager

Contract Type: Permanent

Pay Range: $60,000 - $75,000 per year


Job Summary

We're seeking an innovative and strategic Social Media Manager to lead and elevate the online presence of a dynamic portfolio of hospitality brands. In this role, you'll develop and implement social media strategies across a diverse set of platforms to enhance brand visibility, engage our communities, and drive measurable business results. From trend-savvy content creation to performance-driven campaign execution, you'll be at the forefront of shaping how customers experience our brands online.


Key Responsibilities Social Media Strategy & Platform Management:


  • Execute an integrated social media strategy aligned with overarching marketing goals and brand identity.
  • Oversee organic and paid campaigns across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X.
  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize engagement, traffic, and conversion metrics.
  • Maintain consistent brand voice and aesthetic across all social channels.
  • Stay ahead of platform trends, tools, and best practices to keep the brand on the cutting edge.
  • Manage local business listings and reputation across platforms such as Yelp, Google, TripAdvisor, and Apple Maps via tools like Chatmeter and Yext.

Content Development & Community Engagement:


  • Lead production of high-quality multimedia content including video, photography, and graphics.
  • Develop content for stories, posts, reels, and other platform-native formats.
  • Curate and amplify user-generated content (UGC) to foster community authenticity.
  • Engage in real-time communication with followers, addressing comments, reviews, and direct messages in a timely and brand-appropriate tone.

Campaign Management & Performance Reporting:


  • Plan, execute, and optimize social ad campaigns supporting key marketing initiatives and revenue goals.
  • Leverage analytics tools to deliver performance insights and enhance campaign outcomes through A/B testing and innovative approaches.
  • Implement social media contingency plans as part of broader brand crisis response strategies.

Collaborations, Influencers & Cross-Functional Projects


  • Build and manage influencer relationships, coordinating visits and user content generation.
  • Partner with internal teams to support digital activations, promotions, and events including virtual offerings and off-premise services.

Budget & Production Oversight:


  • Manage the social media budget, ensuring strategic allocation for paid promotions, content production, and community engagement.
  • Oversee content shoots, ensuring alignment with brand quality standards and strategic objectives.

Qualifications Experience & Education:


  • 3+ years of experience managing social media in a corporate or agency setting.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven track record executing successful organic and paid social media campaigns.

Technical Skills:


  • Proficiency with platforms such as Facebook Business Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Experienced in tools like Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and Google Analytics.
  • Strong grasp of social media monitoring and analytics platforms (e.g., Spredfast, Radian6, Crimson Hexagon).
