  • Develop and implement a social media strategy aligned with the company's goals.
  • Manage and curate content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, YouTube, Facebook and TikTok
  • Monitor and respond to audience engagement, comments, and messages.
Content Creation:
  • Create visually appealing and engaging content, including static posts, stories, and reels.
  • Write compelling and authentic copy that resonates with our target audience.
  • Capture and edit videos using an iPhone, ensuring high-quality and cohesive visual storytelling.
Community Building:
  • Foster a sense of community among our audience by actively engaging in conversations and building relationships. Collaborate with influencers, partners, and community members to amplify our reach.
Brand Consistency:
  • Ensure brand consistency across all social media channels, maintaining a cohesive and recognizable identity.
  • Analytics and Reporting:
  • Monitor social media analytics to track performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide regular reports on key metrics and suggest adjustments to the social media strategy as needed.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in social media management, with a strong portfolio showcasing content creation and strategy.
  • Experience cultivating a personal brand and ghostwriting for public figures such as entrepreneurs, influencers.
  • Proficiency in basic social media management tools and platforms.
  • Excellent writing skills with the ability to craft compelling and authentic copy.
  • Video editing skills and proficiency in shooting videos with an iPhone.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
