- Develop and implement a social media strategy aligned with the company's goals.
- Manage and curate content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, YouTube, Facebook and TikTok
- Monitor and respond to audience engagement, comments, and messages.
Content Creation:
- Create visually appealing and engaging content, including static posts, stories, and reels.
- Write compelling and authentic copy that resonates with our target audience.
- Capture and edit videos using an iPhone, ensuring high-quality and cohesive visual storytelling.
Community Building:
- Foster a sense of community among our audience by actively engaging in conversations and building relationships. Collaborate with influencers, partners, and community members to amplify our reach.
Brand Consistency:
- Ensure brand consistency across all social media channels, maintaining a cohesive and recognizable identity.
- Analytics and Reporting:
- Monitor social media analytics to track performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Provide regular reports on key metrics and suggest adjustments to the social media strategy as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in social media management, with a strong portfolio showcasing content creation and strategy.
- Experience cultivating a personal brand and ghostwriting for public figures such as entrepreneurs, influencers.
- Proficiency in basic social media management tools and platforms.
- Excellent writing skills with the ability to craft compelling and authentic copy.
- Video editing skills and proficiency in shooting videos with an iPhone.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
