Role Description

ONLY NEEDED 1 OR 2 DAYS A WEEK FOR WORK. This is a part-time hybrid role for a Social Media Management and Administrative Assistant. The role is located in Kent, OH, with some work from home acceptable. The Assistant will help with managing social media accounts, help to develop content strategies, and assist with general administrative tasks. The participant must be an active member of the team and be willing to provide content for Monarch's social media pages.


Qualifications

  • Must be located in Kent, Stow or Tallmadge, Ohio.
  • Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills
  • Strong Communication and Writing skills
  • Experience in developing Content Strategies
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Familiarity with social media tools and analytics platforms
  • Experience in a similar role or relevant certifications is a plus
  • Basic Photography, videography and video editing skills are a huge plus
