About the Role:

This is an execution-heavy, hybrid role that requires a mix of strategic thinking, hands-on content creation, and graphic design skills. You'll lead the day-to-day planning and execution of organic social media content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn. You'll also support the broader agency with graphic design and light art direction work-ranging from brand visuals to campaign assets.

Description:

Social Media Content & Strategy
  • Build and manage organic content calendars for multiple clients
  • Create static, motion, and short-form video content tailored to each platform
  • Edit and optimize content for Reels and TikTok (trends, sound syncing, basic cuts)
  • Write engaging, on-brand captions with a strong understanding of tone
  • Keep tabs on emerging social media trends, tools, and best practices
  • Analyze performance to improve future content planning
Graphic Design & Visual Content
  • Design social assets, brand visuals, digital ads, and marketing materials
  • Contribute to branding projects and creative campaign execution
  • Collaborate on creative direction and bring ideas to life visually
  • Ensure consistency with client brand standards and voice
  • Handle multiple design projects simultaneously with attention to detail and timelines
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in a creative role combining social media and graphic design
  • Portfolio showcasing social media content, design work, and short-form video
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator; After Effects or Premiere a plus) Plus and mobile apps for social media creation
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn from a brand perspective
  • Ability to edit video content for social platforms (Reels, TikTok)
  • A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, flexible work environment
  • Someone who can manage their own time and deliver work that meets or exceeds expectations
  • Bonus: Basic photography or animation skills
