Role Summary We're looking for a dynamic, performance-focused Social Media & Digital Strategist Manager who's equal parts content creator, strategist, and storyteller. You'll lead our organic and paid social media strategy across multiple brands-crafting compelling narratives, building engaged communities, and driving real business outcomes. This is a high-ownership, high-visibility role in a high-performance marketing team. You're a natural storyteller who thrives on experimenting with formats, platforms, and ideas-crafting content that connects with diverse audiences in meaningful ways. Bonus points if you're comfortable capturing on-the-go video or lifestyle photography that stops the scroll.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the social media roadmap across platforms and brands-Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, Reddit, TikTok, and more.
  • Create, capture, and publish bold, scroll-stopping content that builds community and sparks engagement.
  • Manage a real-time, high-volume content calendar with consistency, creativity, and speed.
  • Track trends, analyze competitive activity, and activate timely opportunities across platforms.
  • Collaborate with the Creative Director to elevate content production-photos, graphics, video, and storytelling assets.
  • Champion community engagement-respond to DMs, comments, and mentions with voice and empathy.
  • Launch, test, and optimize paid social campaigns that drive leads, conversions, and brand growth.
  • Execute A/B tests and drive performance improvements across CPC, CPL, CTR, ROAS, and more.
  • Report clearly on social performance, insights, and actionable growth recommendations.
  • Dive into team-wide initiatives, brainstorms, and cross-channel campaigns-bring energy, ideas, and execution.
Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience managing social strategy and execution across channels.
  • Proven ability to grow audiences, drive leads, and increase engagement.
  • Fluent in Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and paid social ecosystems.
  • Expert in social-first writing, with an instinct for voice, clarity, and culture.
  • Comfortable producing social-first content-short-form video, mobile edits, and lifestyle photography a strong plus.
  • Highly organized and able to manage competing priorities with speed and focus.
  • Strong communicator and collaborator-thrives in a high-performance marketing team environment.
Preferred Skills - Experience in healthcare, wellness, or home care industries.
  • Proficient in Google Analytics, Brandwatch, HubSpot, Salesforce, and
  • Working knowledge of WordPress, HTML, CSS.
  • Fast learner with a growth mindset-comfortable with new tech, tools, and trends.
  • Experience with social media management and analytics platforms like Brandwatch (preferred) or Hootsuite.
Performance Metrics (KPIs) Your success will be measured by:
  • Engagement growth, audience reach, and content performance across platforms
  • Lead volume, cost-per-lead (CPL), and conversion rate from paid campaigns
  • Return on ad spend (ROAS) and cost-per-click (CPC) optimization across Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms
  • Response times and sentiment in community engagement
  • Contribution to creative direction, team velocity, and campaign results
  • Data-driven insights that lead to actionable social and paid media strategy improvements
