About the Role

We're looking for an experienced and highly motivated Social Media Coordinator to join our team. You'll be responsible for helping grow our online presence through creative content, real-time engagement, and strong relationships with our community and influencer partners. Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute a year-round social media strategy aligned with key seasonal events and brand initiatives.
  • Manage and execute daily posting and scheduling across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Develop strategies to grow follower count and maintain a high engagement rate across all social media channels.
  • Engage actively with followers-responding to comments, DMs, and mentions to foster community and brand loyalty.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with influencer partners, from outreach to ongoing collaboration.
  • Develop, grow, and manage online communities across platforms such as Facebook Groups, Reddit, and others.
  • Initiate and moderate discussions to encourage participation and strengthen community engagement.
  • Brainstorm and pitch fresh, creative content ideas and campaigns aligned with brand goals and trending moments.
  • Monitor key performance metrics, analyze engagement data, and report on results to inform ongoing strategy.
  • Work collaboratively with marketing and content teams to drive brand awareness and increase website conversions.
  • Stay current on social trends, platform updates, and emerging content formats.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience managing social media in a brand or agency environment.
  • Proven ability to manage online communities and drive engagement.
  • Experience building and moderating digital communities (e.g., Facebook Groups, Reddit, forums).
  • Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and passion for storytelling through social content.
  • Excellent written communication and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable using social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Later, Meta Business Suite).
  • Self-starter with strong time management and multitasking skills.
Bonus Points
  • Experience working with eCommerce or direct-to-consumer brands.
  • Skills in video editing or short-form content creation.
  • Experience working with user-generated content or influencer platforms.
