What You'll Be Doing:

You'll work directly with the Operations Manager and take the lead on boosting our digital brand presence across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok. Your day-to-day might include:

  • Managing the social media and marketing calendar-from concept to posting.
  • Pitching creative campaigns and social content ideas that align with brand goals.
  • Designing engaging graphics, infographics, and video content using Canva and PowerPoint.
  • Helping maintain and update our website (WordPress) and social profiles.
  • Writing and researching weekly blog content on recruiting, career advice, and commercial real estate topics.
  • Filming and editing short video clips for use on social media platforms.
  • Supporting recruiters by developing customized digital content for their LinkedIn profiles and outreach efforts.
  • Assisting in the creation of professional documents and presentations.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Currently in college (Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field) and looking to gain some real world experience.
  • Located in Orange County, CA and able to commute to Newport Beach.
  • Strong writing skills and attention to detail.
  • Previous internship, office, or part-time work experience (6+ months).
  • Confident using Canva, social media platforms, Microsoft Office, and ideally WordPress.
  • Energetic, organized, and excited about storytelling through content.
