Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Coordinator to join our team. The Social Media Coordinator will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy to increase our online presence, engage our diverse audiences, and support our marketing and recruitment goals. This role requires a passion for storytelling, a deep understanding of social media platforms, and the ability to connect with seniors, their families, and potential caregivers.
Key Responsibilities: - Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, etc.).
- Monitor brand reputation
- Create, curate, schedule, and publish engaging and relevant content (including text, images, videos, and graphics) that aligns with our brand voice and mission.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, conversations, and user engagement; respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner, fostering a positive community.
- Grow our social media presence by increasing followers and engagement rates.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and recruitment teams to promote our services, share valuable resources, highlight career opportunities, and tell compelling stories about our clients and caregivers.
- Work with the digital development team to create quality information for internal objectives, training, and other internal needs.
- Design and execute social media campaigns to achieve specific marketing objectives, such as lead generation for care services or caregiver applications.
- Analyze social media metrics to create weekly and monthly reports to track performance, identify insights, and optimize strategies for better results.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, tools, and trends, particularly within the healthcare and senior care industries.
- Ensure all social media content is compliant with relevant regulations and company policies.
- Help the Digital Media, SEO, Web Development, Marketing, and Graphic Design teams as needed.
Qualifications: - Proven experience as a Social Media Coordinator or similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for crafting engaging content.
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms, their respective audiences, and how to use them effectively.
- Proficiency in using social media management and analytics tools.
- Basic graphic design and video editing skills (experience with tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc., is a plus).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of Google Workplace, Google Suite, and the Google platform.
- Strong knowledge of AI, preferably with Gemini.
- Empathetic and compassionate, with an understanding of the sensitivities involved in senior care.
- A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, New Media, or a related field is strongly preferred.
- Experience in the Metaverse, 3D animation, Web Development, AR, and/or YouTube video creation is a major plus.
