Who We Are:
A multi-location women's clothing boutique seeks a high-energy, detail-oriented individual to help execute our marketing strategy, including digital and social campaigns, partnerships, and events. We are a passionate team looking to hire an equally motivated and dedicated professional to support the core operations and sales of the company through marketing expertise. This position is responsible for several functions relating to sales, customer service, and public relations. We are seeking someone who is willing to jump in to help with any task that is necessary. You will create and monitor our marketing campaigns, evaluate our marketing performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams. You will have a strong marketing background with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities
- Creation and maintenance of yearly editorial calendar in conjunction with product lifecycle and delivery windows, sales and promos, client programs, and events.
- Regular maintenance of A Line website including SEO, online appointment booking and lead generation tools.
- Management of A Line Boutique, A Line Stories Podcast, and A Line owner's social platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Linkedin, and Mailchimp with tracking of analytics and growth goals to maximize return on sales, including content creation and video editing as needed.
- Collaboration with the CEO regarding podcast guests and planning.
- Booking and coverage of speaking engagements with assistance of the Executive Assistant to the CEO.
- Management, content creation, and regular upkeep of A Line Boutique blog via Squarespace.
- Assistance with A Line special projects and local partnerships.
- Creation of graphics and copy for use on newsletters, editorial/advertorial, social media, events, store signage, and all marketing initiatives.
- Coordination with 50+ A Line vendors for digital assets and collateral to support e-commerce and stylist selling.
- Coordination with A Line buyer and vendors to promote new brand launches.
- Collaboration on seasonal trend reports and presentations for team education and client events.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Rich experience in marketing, content creation, digital and social media marketing
- Proficiency in Google Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, Google AdWords, Mailchimp, Facebook Advertising, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Squarespace.
- Acute attention to detail
- Must be able to work independently and proactively
- Excels at operating in a fast-paced, community environment
- Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills

Compensation:
All-in compensation ranges from $40,000-$58,000 (base and bonus) dependent upon experience.
