RockBox Fitness Virginia Beach is seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Content Manager to expand our digital presence and share our unique fitness story. As a locally owned business, we offer group fitness training, personal training, and personalized coaching and nutrition, with a boxing infused functional training program.

Responsibilities:

Manage and grow our social media presence on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok

Create and schedule engaging content, including graphics, videos, reels, and stories

Track and analyze performance metrics to optimize content

Capture real-time content during classes and events

Engage with our local audience and respond to comments and messages

Stay current on industry trends and local events to ensure content is fresh and relevant

Qualifications:

Experience in social media management for a business or brand (fitness services experience is a plus)

Excellent writing and visual storytelling skills

Proficiency with tools like Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite, and others

Ability to work independently and contribute innovative ideas

Genuine interest in wellness, nutrition, and motivating people towards their goals.

Schedule: Primarily Weekends
