Role Description
This is a unique, full-time role for a Social Media Content Creator & Manager located in Los Angeles, with some work from home flexibility. The right person will be excited to build a pop-music artist project and brand to global heights, and be willing to be part of a dynamic team to make it happen. Creative ideas, outside the box thinking, and a passion for the mission is critical. The Social Media Content Creator & Manager will be responsible for developing, curating, and managing content across various social media platforms. This includes creating compelling reels and posts aligned with the brand, monitoring social media channels, responding to followers, analyzing engagement data, identifying trends, and planning and implementing digital campaigns to build a community online. The role also requires collaboration with other team members to ensure a cohesive social media strategy aligns with overall marketing goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Social Media Management, Content Creation, and Copywriting
- Experience in Social Media Marketing, Digital Marketing, and Analytics
- Skills in Graphic Design, Photography, and Video Editing
- Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their respective participants (Instagram, Tik Tok, YouTube, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment
- Experience with social media advertising is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
