Create Relatable, High-Impact Visual ContentPurpose: Capture the real life usage of products by blue collar workers (construction sites, welding shops, etc)
Key Tasks:
- Film and edit short form videos (TikToks, Reels, Shorts) showing durability, convenience, and day-in-the-life stories.
- Photograph products in real settings with real workers.
Tell Stories That ResonatePurpose: Build brand trust and emotional connection with the target audience.
Key Tasks:
- Interview and feature real customers and their work lives.
- Write captions that use the language and values of the blue collar community. Straightforward, hardworking, no fluff.
- Highlight values like reliability, toughness, pride in work, and family.
Collaborate on Campaigns & Product LaunchesPurpose: Support marketing goals through content that drives sales and brand awareness.
Key Tasks:
- Coordinate with the marketing team to create launch content for new products or promotions.
- Develop themed content around seasons ("Summer Heat Tough Gear" or "Cold-Weather Crew Picks").
- Track performance and adapt based on engagement and feedback from the community.
