Social Media Content Creation Specialist

Location: Arlington, VirginiaJob Type: ContractCompensation Range: $45 - 58 per hourOur client in the CPG space is seeking a Social Media Content Creator for one of their well-known coffee brands. In this role, you will produce both video and static content across TikTok, Instagram, and other social media platforms. This client is looking for someone with past experience using social listening and publishing tools, experience with large brands, and a personal interest in coffee. Responsibilities:Social Listening: Monitor conversations and trends across platforms to uncover insights and timely opportunities for content that enhances brand engagement and relevance.Creative Concepting: Develop and pitch compelling ideas for static visuals and lo-fi lifestyle video content on TikTok and Instagram, aligning with brand strategy and objectives.Content Production: Lead the end-to-end creation of social content-including design, video production, editing, and copywriting-for TikTok and Instagram.On-Camera Presence: Act as on-camera talent when needed, delivering content with energy and authenticity to engage the audience.Performance Analysis: Measure content performance and provide actionable recommendations for continuous improvement in engagement, reach, and follower growth.Trend Monitoring: Stay current on emerging trends, formats, and platform updates to ensure content remains fresh and culturally relevant.Team Collaboration: Partner closely with the Community Manager and broader brand team to contribute social-first ideas and support strategic execution.Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree preferred, not required.Minimum of 1-3 years' experience in content creation and/or social media management representing a brand or organization.Strong content creation skills that are distinctive and reflect the brand's strategy and voice.Demonstrated ability to think creatively and have a strong understanding of culture.Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva Pro, InShot, CapCut, social media platforms - Instagram, TikTok and video editing knowledge required.Exceptional understanding of the social media landscape inclusive of Instagram and TikTok.Job ID: Opportunity Employer: Race, Color, Religion, Sex, Sexual Orientation, Gender Identity, National Origin, Age, Genetic Information, Disability, Protected Veteran Status, or any other legally protected group status.At Cella, a randstad digital company, we welcome people of all abilities and want to ensure that our hiring and interview process meets the needs of all applicants.
