Pay Range: $96,868 - $119,198. This role is eligible for an annual bonus.

Location: Tampa, FL (Hybrid - 3 Days in Office)

Responsibilities

We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media & Content Creation Manager to lead digital storytelling and community engagement efforts for our water direct delivery services. The ideal candidate will craft compelling content that showcase our delivery solutions, build brand awareness, and drive customer engagement across multiple social media platforms in alignment with company and brand objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Strategy & Creation
  • Develop and execute comprehensive organic social media strategies specifically tailored to Primo Brands' water delivery services.
  • Create and maintain a social media calendar, planning and scheduling content across various platforms.
  • Design content pillars that communicate our unique value proposition in the water delivery and bulk water categories.
  • Oversee the creation, editing, and publishing of engaging, platform-specific content that highlight our capabilities, experiences, and brand. personality.
  • Work closely with agency partners to produce high-quality visual and written content including videos, graphics, stories, and posts.
Community Engagement & Influencer Marketing
  • Manage and grow our social media presence across key platforms.
  • Develop and manage an influencer marketing program focused on identifying and partnering with relevant content creators, negotiating. contracts, managing campaigns, and creating strategic influencer outreach programs that amplify our messaging.
  • Engage with followers and build a strong online community around our water delivery brand.
  • Develop user-generated content strategies to showcase real customer experiences.
Performance Optimization
  • Provide regular performance reports with actionable insights to refine and optimize content and platform strategy.
  • Monitor social listening channels to understand customer sentiment and trending conversations.
  • Stay current with social media trends and technology, as well as competitor activities, to inform strategy adjustments and ensure our online. presence is relevant and effective.
Qualifications

Qualifications:
  • Must have at least 3 years of experience in social media management or related fields.
  • Demonstrated success in growing social media audiences and driving engagement.
  • Exceptional storytelling and communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with ability to generate innovative content ideas and campaigns.
  • Must be proficient in social media management platforms and design tools such as Sprout Social, Canva, and Capcut.
  • Strong analytic skills needed to understand data, identify trends, and use insights to improve strategies.
  • Experience working with agencies and managing photoshoots.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized with strong project management capabilities.
  • Agility to adapt with shifting priorities and comfortable with ambiguity, highly self-motivated.
