As our Part-Time Social & Marketing Coordinator, you'll play a key role in bringing our story to life across digital platforms while helping to shape how we build meaningful, lasting relationships with our community. This is a part-time position with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role.

You'll be joining a small, fast-growing team where your ideas and voice will truly matter.
Responsibilities
Social Media & Content Creation:
- Manage day-to-day content scheduling and posting across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and LinkedIn
- Maintain and execute our content calendar, ensuring all posts align with the ROEN brand voice and visual identity
- Engage with our community via comments and DMs with warmth and professionalism
- Propose new content ideas and help source inspiration that feels fresh, modern, and aligned with our values
Marketing & Client Engagement:
- Support development and execution of lifecycle marketing initiatives (email, SMS, loyalty programs)
- Assist in writing newsletters, campaign copy, and educational content
- Work closely with the founders and sales team to amplify client stories and highlight product launches
- Track basic analytics across channels and surface insights that inform strategy
Brand Growth & Community:
- Identify creators, tastemakers, and potential collaborators aligned with our brand
- Stay informed on digital trends in jewelry, bridal, fashion, and design
- Bring creative, strategic ideas to the table that help deepen client relationships and expand our reach
About You
- 1-2 years of experience in social media, marketing, or a related creative role (internships welcome)
- Strong copywriting skills and visual instinct
- Deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest
- Experience creating strong social content - portfolio preferred
- Thoughtful communicator who knows how to balance luxury tone with warmth and relatability
- Naturally curious, self-motivated, and excited to grow with a brand
- Bonus if you have experience with Klaviyo, Shopify, Canva, CapCut
Hourly Range

Please note this is a part-time role based in New York City with hybrid flexibility. We ask for some in-person hours each week and are open to adjusting the schedule based on the right fit.
