Social Media & Content Manager - Home Services Industry (Plumbing, HVAC, Electric)
Location: East Los Angeles, CA (On-site)
Salary Range: $75,000 - $90,000 per year (DOE) + Benefits

To achieve that, we need a Content Manager who can tell our story, engage our audience, and help homeowners make informed decisions.

Who We're Looking For:
A strategic and creative storyteller who can plan, create, edit, and publish engaging content across our social media, YouTube, website, and other digital platforms. If you're obsessed with content marketing, video production, and audience engagement-this is the role for you.

You'll own our content strategy from start to finish-from brainstorming ideas and shooting footage to editing and publishing.

Key Responsibilities:
Content Strategy & Planning

• Develop and execute a content calendar aligned with marketing goals.

• Research and identify trends, audience insights, and viral opportunities.

• Work closely with the marketing team to ensure content aligns with our brand voice and business objectives.

Content Creation & Production
Capture and edit content (videos, photos, graphics) for social media, YouTube, and our website.
Plan and film engaging videos-including customer testimonials, service tips, and behind-the-scenes footage.
Write compelling copy for video scripts, social media posts, and website video content.
Publishing & Analytics
Publish and schedule content across all platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, Website).
Track content performance, analyze key metrics, and optimize based on data-driven insights.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and continuously improve our content strategy.

Collaboration & Leadership
Work closely with our marketing and operations department.
As our company grows, this role may expand to oversee an editor to assist with post-production.

What You Bring to the Table:
2+ years of experience in content creation, social media management, or video production.
Strong videography & photography skills-you know your way around a camera and editing software.
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Canva, or similar tools.
A deep understanding of social media trends, video formats, and engagement tactics.
Exceptional storytelling skills-you know how to craft a narrative that resonates.
Strong organizational skills-you can juggle multiple projects and deadlines.
Bonus: Experience in the home services industry (HVAC, plumbing, electrical) or working with service-based businesses.
